A great feature in Microsoft Windows is creating custom shortcut keys for your favorite programs for instance open MS Word /Excel or any other applications
Doing it is so easy, here’s how:
1. Create a Folder in your Desktop
2. Create a shortcut to the application you want to run with the shortcut by right clicking the executable file and selecting “Create shortcut” from the menu.
3. Move your shortcut’s into that desktop Folder.
4. Select one Shortcut link and right click on the shortcut that was created, and select properties.
5. All you need to do is go over to the Shortcut key line and select your desired shortcut Key. Select F4 or select any Alpha numeric keys as you Wish.
6. That’s all ………Save and close all the open applications.
7. Try …it will work
Enjoy
